Every coach has a separate attendent and just after the train departs from NZM,he comes to every seat and asks if beddings required or not. If yes then he has a list in which its written who have paid the money during booking. Those who have not,they have to pay to him at that time. Its best system as compared to i have seen many other garib raths in india where people run like "beggars" to the doors and fight to get beddings.
