that depends sir. If its a conventional LHB (i.e. non-self generating) its speed certificate would be of 160 KMPH only, However in SG LHB AC (Hybrid LHB, with LHB shell and ICF bogie) depending on route the speed is restricted to 105/130 KMPH.
Being Self generating means that it would have generators to generate enough electricity for AC's to run, which are quite heavy. As such the certification would be different, as the load borne by the tracks when such coaches pass by at high speed is different.
