Normal railway reservation is done from 1st floor & you need to take token from from counter in ground floor after filling reservation form, there after go to 1st floor and wait for your turn to came at respective counter which will be displayed over display screen. (There are nice sitting arrangements available so no need to stand up all the way to queue).
