May I know whether any of the members reside near Gomoh or Dhanbad station , if they can confirm about the technical stoppage there ?

yes there is a technical stop at Gomoh. You can deboard there.
Then shall I book the train to Gaya or Purulia ( PRR) ?
If I deboard , does the TTE have the right to ask me at Gomoh Platform why I deboarded ?

You can deboard at any station. No one can ask you why you deboarded.
