While alighting from Mail/Express train, if you plan to take train to your destination from nearest station Tilaknagar, then no need to go to Tilaknagar station's ticket counter, as you can well buy your suburban tickets from LTT unreserved ticket counters near platform no : 01 (as usually ticket queue is very long at Tilaknagar)...
How do I book general ticket from ltt to Mangalore for train number 22113 ?and is it compulsory to purchase the tickets from the station from which h u board or any other railway station?
You can buy Unreserved general 2nd class ticket in 2 days advance from any of stations like Thane.
For 22113 buy a Superfast IInd class ticket in advance from UTS counter & travel.
