This train will cater the huge mass of migrating labours from various parts of Nepal, Bihar, West Bengal and Jharkhand to travel to Mumbai, and back. Will also provide an additional train between Mumbai, Bhusawal, Nagpur, Bilaspur, Adra, Kolkata, Malda Town and Katihar.

Jogbani cant handle more than 16-17 coaches train, so providing more sleeper coaches is impossible.
HCPV van not rqd
so I suggest to replace 2 SL coach by removing 2 HCPV van

Sir hcpv cant be replaced with SL. coz HCPV can be placed outside of the platform but SL cant be. isnt it??
