several tea vendors board in night hours in reserved bogies of this train 3019 at stations at lucknow, rauza and bareily. They disturb the passengers as for their benefit vendors shout like any thing. Kindly take action and take care that no vendor may board in reserved compartments from 9pm to 6am.
