Seriously... now the platform ticket at Howrah Station will jump from Rs.3/- to Rs. 10/- and it's not cool. Why didn't Mr. Prabhu announce this hike in the Rail Budget 2015 Speech? It seems that the budget has no meaning if hikes in any IR sector will take place during any part of the financial year >:-(
