Facing towards Borivali side you are correct.

If you are facing north (Towards Borivali) and your back is towards Churchgate, then Dadar West/Siddhivinayak/Sea is on your left side and Dadar East is on your right side. In such situation, PF layout is (PF1 - PF6 of WR) then (PF1 - PF 8 of CR). In other words, PF no. 1 of WR is the PF nearest to Dadar West, and PF No. 8 of CR is farthest.
