My parents will be travelling in 12791 exp.But GNWL is 261 in SL,and same time i can LB quota 4 seat avl.so can i book in LB quota?
To avail the LB quota, Passenger should be travelling alone, That means only one passenger in one PNR.
Ladies>45 and Gents >60 can avail this, So that you have to book separately for them.

You book 2 separate tickets, if your mom's age is >45, and dad's age is >60 years.
Both of them will get lower berth seats available.
If the age criteria is not fit, you will have to book WL ticket only :(
