I was traveled on westcoast exp- chennai on S11 coach SL- berth dtd 23rd Apr'15. The seat was not comfortable. it was up and down. How can I sleep? also coach itself very old. I wanted to complaint about TTE. but No TTE till Erode. I went to complaint Station Master at chennai central about this but he told, this train coaches maintained by Mangalore central so, we will inform them to do correct it. who knows whether they informed to MAQ central this issue or not. WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE ? FINALLY PASSANGERS SUFFERINGS WITH AMOUNT PAID FOR TICKET. WHY SHOULD PASSANGER SUFFER, RAILWAYS NOT PROVIDED WELL SEATING TO SLEEPER?
