Is this possible in paractical that without coming this train at Delhi junction this train direct departed towards Jammu side so there is no need of loco reversal or change in Delhi and main advantage is congestion on Delhi junction is reduced and also train have not need to crossing the sabzi mandi - sadar bazar new Delhi railway line diamond crossing .
Stoppage should be provided at Delhi sarai rohilla instead of Delhi junction.

Loco change prob will be there in Delhi Cantt..Delhi Cantt is an unelectrified territory so no possibility of WAP to WDP change.
haan tab toh sahi hai...unlike CDG-BDTS SF jisme CDG se hi diesel milta hai toh uske liye direct DEC halt is fine but kyunki Pooja SF ko JAT se WAP milta hai toh I agree with you, DEE is a better bypass option instead of DLI...a 15 min halt at DEE for change from WAP7 to WDP4 won't hurt...also DEC halt ko hataya nahi ja sakta as it caters to passengers boarding from entire West Delhi and South Delhi..
