I travelled in this train last weekend. One of the most filthiest train ever! Train got delayed by 1 hour 30 minutes on both to and from journeys. Though this is the best train to enjoy the scenery from Jammu Tawi till katra, u'll have to let go of cleanliness factor.
There is no S13. The rake has SE1 and SE2 after S12
