18622 HATIA PATNA PATLIPUTRA express lead by MGS WAP 4-22278 takes a scheduled halt at JAMUI .One can see stolen coal being unloaded and will be sold in local food shops for cooking.This happens on a regular basis as coal is smuggled from BOKARO[BKSC] and and brought in a GS coach adding to misery of pax and no RPF or rail authority is there to take care of it.Smugglers bribe the local station police and get away freely.Its high time now as IR should look into this matter.pic taken today.

This type of scenes have become quite common in jharkhand and bengal . . . . Hatia Bardhaman pass is fully loaded with coal (seen numerous times)
