hello
i am travelling from Bangalore to mumbai on 21st dec 2009 and most of the trains have WL tickets for 2nd AC...WL 10 to WL 15..
Are there good chances for me to get this ticket confirmed.
How many berths do they block for tatkal service for 2nd AC usualy in trains arriving from Bangalore to Mumbai

this is the present status of CHALUKYA EXPRESS. Fair chances of ticket confirmation . I just checked go for it. Neither all seats will be full due to christmas and new year. All the best.

Thanks for your feedback.Actually the timming of chalukya express is not very good with me.
Could you kindly suggest me for Lokmanya Tt Exp 1014...It has a WL 12 & WL 13 for 2 tier AC
DO you think i will have the chances to get a confirmed berth..or do you think i should buy it when the tatkal quota opens

Actually, a duronto should be introduced between Bangalore and Mumbai. the trains running presently are quite slow and take almost 24 hrs from Mumbai to Bangalore for only about 1100-1200 kms. Even volvo buses take less time than trains. A duronto taking about 16-17 hrs would be great.
The Tatkal Provision from Bangalore to Mumbai in 2nd A/C is as follows:
