Nice snap.
I wonder how long we have to "TOLERATE" this 35 to 40+ years WAM-4 stock ? where Cost of Maintenance and Failure Rate of Single Phase Tap Changer locos are high as compared to Ergonomic 3 Phase Loco Fleet which is now proved in statistics and papers.
