I want to book seats in sleaper birth for 2311 from Howrah to Kalka and return in 2312 Kalka to Howrah. But surprisingly I saw that 2311 offers approx 300 seats (in 90 days before) whereas 2312 has only approx. 60 seats (90 days advance) for Kalka to howrah. But there are approx 300 seats from delhi to hwh for that train (2312). Is there any limited seat quota system for Kalka to Howrah in 2312? Is not it very abnormal that railawy gives approx 300 passenger for going howrah to kalka and return seats only 60 passenger for Kalka to Howrah? Please help me. I'm very puzzled. How one can book return seats in 2312 for so low no of seats even in well advance? Please help "sss.skr@gmail.com"
