Instead of using WAP-7 as shunters they can use it in their premium trains like HIMGIRI,POORVA which gets GZB WAP-7.Yesterday even 13008 TOOFAN EXPRESS got HWH WAP-7 30300 which maybe understandable as 13008 has a hell lot of stops,even WAP-7 can change fate of supercrawlers so why to use it in shunting duties.HWH should review their strategies in loco allotment of trains.
