Drinking in a public place is an offence and inside trains its an offence and are liable for fine.
taking rum inside your baggage is another thing and your advice of drinking rum inside a train is entirely different.

yes, correct. That's what I meant. You can take your private belongings - rum, whisky, whatever - in your baggage for your relatives, and drink in your own privacy. Railways has nothing to do with it. Drinking in public place is an offence. But, blogger #1's question was not about drinking inside train, but about taking rum for his grandpa. It is perfectly legal and ok, to take rum in your baggage for your grandpa.

care that you should take, is that the bottle should be sealed and not open
love, affection and care goes a long way much more than a rum bottle which once emptied is forgotten, but love & care are not forgotten in life. take him bottles of affection, care not a drink which is bad for health.
