15, Oct i met a person at bareilly station who told me that u have to carry less than rs 2000 or in atm card also otherwise u have to pay fine 3200 at station and 5200 in train i'm shocked what he said and he added that u have to declare before enter at station and get a slip of rs 10. So plz tell me that is it right ? Or he was a fraud.
