I have booked the ticket from Pune to Renigunta for 13/08/2011. While booking by mistake I have mentioned my kid's age 28 while actually he is 12 year old. Is there any problem for a passanger if wrong age is mentioned while booking ticket.

yes it will be problem
few years back we faced the same problem and paid fine for starting station to destination station for same class of that train.
But i think no need to cancel u can just approach chief reservation clerk and write a letter and change that age.
probably they may ask for blood relation proof.
