why should 2 persons share a berth when both are paying full fare?
You do have a chance of getting confirmed inside the train. Do not travel if you do not want to pay the full fare.
we have a chance but it is not guaranteed that one will get a confirm berth. Even if confirm berths are available the TTE will take bribe from some WL passengers and allot it to them instead of alloting it to RAC passengers. This concept of RAC should be removed.Only WL should be made available which can be confirmed on cancellation of confirmed tickets.
yes, you are right. TTE make maximum money against allocation. Railway should do something.
