I travels on this train on 21st Dec and it was one of most bad experience in my journey life.
I traveled from Ambala to Jammu. First this train came approx 4hr late and there is no info available to any one. There was no announcement about the train till it was about to arrive. I called 139 thrice they but they ware saying that train is 2 her late. I call at 7:30 at 139 and exe replied to me that train has already reached at Ambala at 6:30 and departed at 6:35. in actual train came at around 8 am.

about bedding. I have checked almost all packed cover but couldn't find a single washed bed sheet. All was so dirty that u even dare to touch them. There was lot of dirty spot on them.
finally it reaches Jammu approx 4:30 min lat which spoiled my all day as well as a lot of passengers.
