RAC allocation (General quota GNWL, HWH to YPR) in Sleeper class is 168.
That means, for example, if you have a Waitlisted ticket GNWL 70, here is how it works:
WL 70,69,68....3,2,1, RAC 168, RAC 167 ... RAC 2, RAC1, CNF, CNF
