You can. Make sure you've a valid ticket. But this wont leave at 1530, that slot is now reserved for Shimoga exp. You can actually take the SBC- Shimoga exp from SBC.
I dont want to catch SMET exp as it reaches too early at YPR and i will have to wait for 1hr, i am expecting this passenger to start at 15:40 or so. This passenger may even run parallely with SMET exp at 15:30 also as its twin lines between SBC to YPR.
I'm not sure of the parallel action but yes, this would leave 10-15 mins behind the Shimoga express.
