The passenger himself clicked this confirmed at the very last moment of of the chart preparation :) I was about to change my prediction but was late by few seconds. There is another PNR of the same passenger where he clicked WL at the last moment. (/pnr/post/1724814) This was enough to understand that he knows the outcome and has predicted accordingly...
