it is fog!!:),thats the beauty of costal region with fog all over post pongal
Amazed to see such thick fog in southern india & also 1 thing i noticed in pic that after having such thick fog there was no cold out there, in pic i see nobody is wearing sweater
yea a few does!!! only fog but temperatures are less compared to north
