Pune MCO is present on first floor above the main building on Pf 1 (just above the Post Office).
Stairs for going there is from inside the station.
AC and Sleeper class waiting room is present on Pf 1 towards Daund side. A separate Ladies Waiting room is also there along with them.

There are also Ac, Non-Ac Dormitory for men & a separate one for Women on 12/24 Hrs & Retiring Rooms which can be booked online
Sir but If waiting for train just for 2-3 hrs, then what is the need of dormitory/retiring room ?
I mean, there are sometimes families with elderly or children waiting for more then 4hrs whose trains get delayed,
they can take it for 12hrs slot. many people are not aware about 12hrs availability. I have come across many such cases.
