I am talking about both special status and new zone.. Do you think forming a new zone is a easy affair. Currently Railways is reeling under pressure with not meeting cargo revenue target, 7th pay commission and reduced fund allocation from finance ministry.
In my personal opinion, there is no need of new zone. If at all required vizag can be merged in SCR, afterall SCR is the best zone so far I have ever seen
