Is it safe to board 14223 from GAYA at 4 a.m...?? How will be connectivity between the city and junction around 4 a.m and what about the safety??

It is very safe, auto run on regular route late at night though very less in number. You should leave 15-20 min before as you might have to wait for 5 min to get an auto.
You can also opt for ola cab.
Station is pretty safe, no problems there.
