agree.. i had already raised the issue of DBRG CAPE deserving LHB last year.... /blog/post/1577571
This coach consists of curtains according to the new rules curtains are not allowed in AC coaches
& u r telling it is a new coach or IR wud have forgot the rule of no curtains
