Raptisagar is already going via that route....and numerous amount of trains are going via that route.
This train is for CAPE-TEN-MDU tourism...and for Inner tamilnadu people , not for Kerala bro...I hope you got what i wish to convey :)
And for 2800+ km journey , 33 halts are sufficient. I can't skip stations which are impossible to skip.

Actually if started from TVC , then the route definitely would have to be taken via ERS-CBE-ED as you very well know if a train starts from Kerala , then it will never be allowed to go through Inner Tamilnadu route i.e via TEN-MDU-TPJ.
