How could a Day Intercity will get AC III. But AC Chair Car that is acceptable not AC III Tier Sleeper Coach
There use to be in 15928 in the beginning and that is too is a day train. There is rare chance of having AC Chair Car with NF Railway coz there non availability of coaches and on the other hand many day trains runs with 2A & 3A.
TSK Division Has Shortage of AC Chair Car and Rakes Thats why The Special train Is not Made Regular Thats is Poor Fate Of Tinsukia Division
