#Moderator is requested to introduce a division between Good / positive Train tip and negative one. While giving useful opinion the negative remains negative and it does not help. and when Red opinion is given it amounts to 'negation of blog' and not the quality of tip.
Here the Tip is useful but it is denoting quality of facility at trains. so this further needs to be divided / categorized in good / positive and bad/ negative.
Then opinion of members will further enhance its 'quality' of being positive Tip...
