I've also seen this train near Delhi Cantt.(near Ring Road- Base Hospital) railway line standing there around 11:30 am lot of times..
this goes to DSJ (delhi safdarjung station) for the rest of the day . shivganga is aloso taken there
I M not sure BT I think it must be taken to another ring railway station siding
