Congrats to Maharashtra state government which is really interested in low cost travel arrangements for their state people and convenient inter state additional shortest routes.

its been like 6 years or so since we are hearing this, and yet nothing, absolutely nothing has happened in reality. if you can't complete (even start, for that matter) a project then at least stop fooling people about it.
