What you also forgot to mention max number of cancellations of trains due to law and order situation happens in Kashmir also. I am wondering what will happen once Banihal gets connected to Katra. I think majority of trains will terminate at Banihal when the situation in the valley goes for a toss
We can't relate that with this tourists ...
Evry region has its flaws ...but railway is that service which keeps it in motion ...whether bad or good situation...
Situation is even worse in naxalite area ..but still trains runs ..railway will find its solution also...

Sir, abhi tak toh TALGO ka diesel version nahi aaya hai aur Valley mein bhi electrification nahi hua hai. :-)
