A python rake having New Katni Jn WAG-5HA # 23940 and 23862 at the helm and Mughal Sarai WAG-7 # 27045 in the middle, swiftly moves through Down Main Line. Python rake on Down Main Line towards Barkakana Jn has become a common sight here as empty BOXN rake are regularly sent to collieries from thermal power plants of North India n NCR region through Mughal Sarai - Sonnagar - Barkakana section. UP line on this section hauls loaded BOXN and BOBRN rakes stuffed at collieries of mid and south Jharkhand.
