just observed that a less than a year old member is designated as tl monitor, with less than 300 posts, however many old members are not
can the #moderator list criteria for these?
or just monitors being made so that they keep refuting normal members post without logical reasoning?

The criteria for Monitors:
1. Current Activity in the area: For example, TL Updates, suggestions for Atlas corrections, PNR related queries, etc.
2. Current interests. What they want to do, etc.
