more... : As it is one of the most revenue generating station of NWR zone because the india's one of the biggest Cement industry JK LAKSHMI CEMENT mother plant located here ..Banas provides access to the mainline for the BCNHL freight coming from the respective plant .. Every day 4 freight trains leave this station with cement bags ....from the factory itself.

Miscellaneous : The station has two way interlocking system . One is by one click touch screen lcd panel and other is two key switching system...which is operated by Station Master ...The pf 1 which is newly constructed is raised one which provide pax easiness while the old pf (pf 1) is still at ground level.

The station was only made earlier just to serve factory thats why no major upgradation done . It also doesnt have announcement system as i a day only 4 trains halt here
All are passenger class train 2 up and 2 down..
It used to have 5 lines but with the doubling it git reduced to 4
