By that time in KIR-NJP section electric locos would ply and PKR-MLDT section also should be nearing completion.
Sir, its very difficult to answer because the work is finished from Khana to Rampurhat, but I don't think that OHE will be charged with 25KV, untill the whole route till Pakur gets electrified. Now that depends on CORE's decision.
PKR-MLDT OHE ground work has just began, & it would not take less than three years to complete & for commissioning, six months or even more.
Hmm BJU KIR EF was started in 2008 & of KAN-PKR in 2012, Barauni Mansi is tested by CRS in Jan 2016 & work to be finished till KiR by this year end, so it has to complete by March 2017.
