Right maam, a blogger should not be penalized for his/her own hard work. By the way, in order to avoid these situations, I have adopted the method you generally follow. In case, I update the TB/SB/Loco Pic before the blogger, I inform him/her via hash tagging, so that he/she doesn't face duplicate entry.
Haan ji, thoda bahut akal to aa gaya hai. :) And it's been a long time, I am here in IRI. In these years, I have learnt "what not to do" more than "what to do".
