what is the difference between a Shatabdi's Chair Car and Normal Chair Car coaches??? is it just number of seats or the seats are more comfortable in Shatabdi, and is there something more/else?

I also want to know on the comfort of the travel. How are the seats in compare to other normal AC CC. as last I traveled in Shatabdi CC was about 15 years back.
Lats travel in normal express CC was about 1-2 years back.
I understood about the food and serving, now want to know about the comfort...
