Just a suggestion. Routing via Panvel will be better rather in terms of patronage as Kalyan already has a lot of trains to Pune.
1.Vashi & airoli no capable for 20 coaches
2.Express termination from vashi not possible

oh yes and this can be a 10-12 coach shatabdi. Number of coaches in your train are way more than necessary. May not get required patronage until the airport is completed.
