But I had seen in many blogs of various stations of ECR/ ER that everyone was slammed by you and his idea/ thinking was not appreciated but demoralised.
From independence till now, 70- 80% time RM or RRM was from Bihar, but still Bihar is very backward in rail connectivity despite of 90% land is plain alluvial soil. Because all RM/ RRM were busy in vote bank politics running only trains in their region.

present government is not running much train, using most of fund only for doubling, elect, GCs, new lines, etc including in Bihar at full speed.
But every day, many people is accusing the govt. for not running trains. Many want Rajdhani to run and stop at their nearest station irrespective of its profit, use or status behaving unmaturely.
I am 100% sure that, if any other non- bihari RM would have been there in Prabhu's place, all projects have been deprived of funds/ frozen after assembly elections results in Bihar.
But this govt not only making record day by day for commissioning new lines/ doubling including in Bihar, but the projects of bihar which were in cold for many years like 02 loco factories have gained much momentum now.
Whether, it be the case of 02 railroad bridges on ganga or GC projects in north Bihar or doubling of important patches like hazipur muzaffarpur or hazipur bachhwara, if anybody is asked to keep hand on heart and tell whether all these works have not gained momentum and given a ray of positivity in the minds of people, he will definitely say yes.
I don't know about others, but as far as my mind is concerned, I used to take interest in railway projects only once in a year in the month of Feb when budget used to come and it used to announce that so and so project completed and so and so project started.
But now, from last 1- 2 years, everyday I scroll through various railway sites to find out something new as every week some new project is either completing or started, some new GC commissioned, some new trial happening, some new ribbon cutting by railways.
But the BP shoots high, when someone says nothing is happening as something happens just by shaking magic stick by RM or GM or DRM.
It creates a sense of sorrow, when people not understand that thousands of gents and ladies workers are working at 2 o'clock in afternoon in today June month heat and 8 o'clock in january month chill to make project complete and those members many of whom are less than 24-25 years still not working and depending upon parents, don't knowing the pains of life, comments without thinking.
I urge them to compare situation from past always before commenting and be always positive, the future lies on them only.
