Parbhani Jn (PBN) is showing Loco change with the halt time of just 3 min. As far as i know, NED - MMR line is not electrified. So loco change at Parbhani is not needed.
suggestion: whole run can be made with diesel loco like other trains running on Mumbai - Nanded route.
