I have a non stop flight booking from DELHI (DEL) 08:50 pm - COCHIN (COK) 11:50 pm. I am flying with 01 Check in bag 15 kg and cabin bag . Then next I have to take train from Angamaly (AFK) Railway station 5 Kms distance away from the airport.
So my question is, once the flight is landed in how many hours I will be out from the COCHIN (COK) airport gate with the check in bag and hand cabin carry on bag in my hand .

After flight landing, the time to take your 15 kg bag from conveyor belt would be approx 30 minutes(Taking maximum time). So overall you would be free by 1.15AM from airport. You can quickly book cab to station and can board 2.46 AM train easily as distance is 5 KM and no traffic rush at that hour. Make sure you check in early so that you can get your baggage earliest.
and if you want your baggage to come first from the lot...then mark your luggage with "Fragile..handle with care" message...they will load your luggage in the last and unload it first....so you will get your luggage as soon as they start un-loading the cargo.
