Yeh double ot concept samajh ke parahe hain. Mgs wale controlling kar rahe hain ya video game khel rahe hain.
From maripat to Jeonathpur is the NCR. So, this is not done by MGS controller it is done by ALD controller. After Jeonathpur MGS controller allow 12282 to OT 12398 because 12282 is not stop train and 12398 has numerous stops between MGS and Gaya.
