Thanks for notifying!First time saw a 4 bulb in a mid mounted headlamps.Even headlamps of WDP are vertical hence making them unique!

I agree with you as WAP-7 will be used for HOG purpose but thats going to take a while as first RAJDHANI will be equipped with HOG feature.WAP-7 is guaranteed for all LHB trains but in near future!
