To me Hon'ble minister would go priority for starting of Anoopgarh-Bikaner Railway Project as this has been pending for more than 25 years and its surveys has been done twice previously be NR and NWR and that too before 2010. Definitely that is more practical and profitable for railways than the nokha - sikar line.
